Early Childhood Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist (CF/Intern) – Pecos, TX

Up to $1,400 per Week | Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday – Friday

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Clinical Fellow (CF), or Intern to join an Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) team near Pecos, TX. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on children birth to 3 years old while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a coaching-based therapy model.


Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Flexible 20-40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

  • Compensation: Earn up to $1,400 per week

  • Clinical Fellowship Training: Comprehensive mentorship for Clinical Fellows

  • Therapy Model: Focus on coaching-based intervention vs. clinical model

  • Extensive Travel Required: Provide services to children in their natural environment

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, reports, and compliance documentation


Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine speech and language needs

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide family-centered therapy in home and community settings

  • Educate and support caregivers to enhance children’s communication skills

  • Maintain detailed documentation and write comprehensive reports

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support child development


Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

  • Eligible for Texas SLP Licensure

  • CF candidates welcome – Clinical Fellowship provided

  • Experience or interest in early childhood intervention

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

  • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
