Travel Speech Language Pathologist – Home Health
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description:
- Provide assessment and treatment for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients in a home health setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on communication techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
- Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathology license.
- Prior experience in Home Health is highly preferred.
- BLS certification is required.
