Travel Speech Language Pathologist – Home Health
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description:

  • Provide assessment and treatment for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients in a home health setting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on communication techniques and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathology license.
  • Prior experience in Home Health is highly preferred.
  • BLS certification is required.
