Job Description:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment techniques and strategies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs) for school-based positions.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a clinical or school setting is preferred.
