Job Description:

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and injections to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Assist with patient mobility, including moving, turning, and positioning patients.
• Aid in the collection of patient history and health assessment data.
• Perform routine laboratory tests and therapeutic services.
• Educate patients and their families on health care, including medications, conditions, and treatment plans.
• Ensure that patient care is provided with privacy, dignity, and respect.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current LPN license valid in Montana.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or long-term care setting.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in team environments.
