Surgical Scrub Tech - $45/hr $1,800/wk

Location: Wasilla, AK
Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals as a Surgical Scrub Tech (CST). Work alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, RNs, and other surgical personnel to deliver exceptional patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Days: Monday - Friday (6am - 5pm)
- No weekends, no major holidays, no on-call
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the operating room and instruments for surgeries
- Collaborate with the surgical team during procedures
- Ensure proper patient care and safety
- Document procedures and patient information in EMR systems
Qualifications:
- Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certificate from a college or technical school, or 3-6 months of related experience/training
- BLS Certification
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Preferred:
- NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technician or equivalent certification
Special Requirements:
- Must be flexible with variable hours to meet the daily surgery schedule needs.
