Job Description: As a Surgical Technologist at our partner facility in Urbana, you will play a crucial role in the surgical team, ensuring that procedures run smoothly and patients receive the highest quality care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare Operating Rooms: Set up surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are sterile and ready for use.
• Assist Surgeons: Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures, anticipating their needs.
• Maintain Sterility: Maintain a sterile field during surgery and assist in ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
• Patient Care: Assist in positioning and preparing patients for surgery and provide support as needed.
• Equipment Management: Help in the care and maintenance of surgical equipment and instruments.

Requirements: To qualify for this role, candidates must have the following:

• Education: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Certification: Current certification as a Surgical Technologist.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
