Summary of Responsibilities

Administer care as guided by the Physician, Office Manager, or Clinical Lead

Assess and identify patient needs proactively, delivering support based on clinical instructions

Assist in treatment procedures, manage test coordination, follow up with patients, and keep accurate medical records

Educate patients and families, providing age-appropriate care for all stages of life—from infants to older adults

Additional responsibilities may be part of the role
Preferred Qualifications

At least one year of LPN experience

Proactive, dependable, and collaborative work style

Culturally competent and inclusive in patient interactions

Clear and professional communication skills
-
Must possess a current Michigan LPN license

Active BLS certification
