RN - Travel Long Term Care **up to 2,200/wk**Â
Connected Health Care has an immediate opening for an LTC RN position near Charlottesville, VA. Starting the day you apply, we’ll help you navigate each step of the process. Whether you seek a position close to home or across the country, our team members will become your staunch advocates, confidants and friends.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Travel RN's will be flexible to the facilities scheduling needs.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience as an RN.
- Valid RN license in the state of Virginia.Â
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- LTC experience required.
