Job Description:

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing customized treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited therapy program in Physical Therapy.
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
BLS/CPR certification.
LTC/Rehab experience preferred
