Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Practical Nursing License in Minnesota
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
  • Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent practical nursing experience in long-term care settings
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts from 6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., excellent communication skills,Ability to pass background check and health screenings

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility, ensuring adherence to state and facility protocols.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitoring residents for responses and documenting progress accordingly.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans that meet individual resident needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and support nursing aides and other staff, ensuring quality and compliance in daily operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of resident care activities, reports, and any incidents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
