Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Medication Administration Certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent LTC experience as an LPN
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, excellent communication skills, physical ability to perform patient care tasks

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care to LTC residents during night shifts in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses and documenting appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status, treatments, and medication administration in EMR systems.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents by adhering to safety standards and responding promptly to patient needs.
