- Education Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota
- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Medication Administration Certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent LTC experience as an LPN
- Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, excellent communication skills, physical ability to perform patient care tasks

- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses and documenting appropriately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status, treatments, and medication administration in EMR systems.
