Travel LPN – Critical Access Hospital
South Dakota, near Winner
13-Week Contract | Day & Night Shifts Available (3x12s or 4x12s)

Position Overview:
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting opportunity in South Dakota! This is a critical access facility offering flexible schedules and the chance to work in a meaningful long-term care (LTC) setting. If you're a compassionate and motivated LPN looking to expand your skills while exploring a scenic region of the Midwest, we want to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Monitor and document resident conditions

  • Promote a positive and respectful environment for patients and staff

Schedule Options:

  • Day Shift or Night Shift

  • 3x12 or 4x12-hour shifts

  • 13-week contract with potential for extension or temp-to-perm

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in the state of South Dakota or compact state

  • BLS Certification (AHA)

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in long-term care preferred

  • Excellent communication and time-management skills

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, rural healthcare setting
