- Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, IV certification (preferred), Medication Administration certification (preferred)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting
- Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, no call-in issues, ability to work night shifts, reliable transportation or housing support
