TRAVEL/LOCAL - LTC - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) up to 1620/wk*

Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), and negative TB test or chest x-ray within the past year
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care settings
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliable transportation, ability to work independently, and excellent patient care skills

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care facility during overnight shifts
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely following facility protocols
  • Assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate with healthcare teams effectively
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and facility guidelines including EMR documentation
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, caring, and efficient environment for residents
