Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma or associate degree from an accredited program
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota, CPR certification, and IV certification (if applicable)
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience in long-term care or similar settings
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work nights, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and flexibility in schedule

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility guidelines and protocols.
  • Assess patient conditions and document findings accurately using the EMR system.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively during night shifts.
