Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of Wisconsin
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR certification; Basic Life Support (BLS); Infection Control Certification (preferred but not required)
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of current experience in Long Term Care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work evening shifts; strong communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to Long Term Care residents, ensuring their medical, emotional, and comfort needs are met
  • Monitor and document resident health status, changes, and responses to treatments accurately and promptly
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols and physician orders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and facility regulations, including infection control practices
