- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Long Term Care residents, ensuring their medical, emotional, and comfort needs are met
- Monitor and document resident health status, changes, and responses to treatments accurately and promptly
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols and physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individual care plans
- Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and facility regulations, including infection control practices
