- Valid State License (RN or LPN)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Certifications Requirements
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Current state-specific licenses for RN or LPN
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of LTC or long-term care experience
- Skilled in delivering compassionate patient and resident care
Other Requirements

- Must be semi-local to Darlington, WI
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work evenings (2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)
- Flexibility to work 5-8 hour shifts, every other weekend
