Job Description

Local Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse – Camden, NJ
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,850 (based on experience)

Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Telemetry Registered Nurse for a local travel contract with one of our premier healthcare partners in Camden, New Jersey. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your critical care expertise to a high-acuity telemetry unit and earn top pay while supporting patient care in an essential setting.

Job Description:

  • Provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring

  • Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to any abnormalities or clinical changes

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered by physicians

  • Monitor patient vitals, document clinical data in real-time, and update electronic health records

  • Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and cardiac health

  • Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control procedures

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse license in New Jersey (NJ-RN)

  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required

  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

  • Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years of recent telemetry or cardiac step-down experience required
