Shift: Days (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients regain physical and functional independence
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation care
• Assist patients in developing or recovering daily living and work skills through therapeutic activities
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for long-term care
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license (Texas)
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting preferred
