As a Home Health RN, you will be instrumental in delivering personalized patient care, assessing individual needs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote health and recovery. Required Skills:
- Current Washington State RN license
- Minimum of 1-year recent experience as an RN
- Valid Washington driver's license and reliable vehicle
- BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (maintained)
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with medical teams and families
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Medicare Certified Home Health or Hospice environments
- Additional clinical experience in relevant nursing specialties
- Certification in Palliative or End-of-Life Care (PEARS advantageous)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- One to two years of clinical experience in home health or similar settings is desirable
Other Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, with rotating shifts
- Benefits-eligible position with potential for full-time employment after temp-to-perm transition
- Must adhere to facility-specific protocols including BLS and necessary certifications
