Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare setting? We are seeking an experienced ED/Med-Surg RN to provide exceptional patient care near Saginaw, Michigan. This temporary-to-permanent position offers competitive pay, up to $2,000 per week, with a guaranteed schedule that supports work-life balance. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality emergency and medical-surgical care to diverse patient populations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage a patient-to-nurse ratio of 4:1, ensuring each patient receives attentive and personalized care.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with all safety standards.
Required Skills:
- Michigan RN or Compact State License
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Med-Surg and Emergency Department settings
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with CPSI/Evident EMR systems
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and on-call duties
- Previous bedside experience in fast-paced healthcare environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid RN license in Michigan or a compact state
- Minimum of one year of recent Med-Surg and ER experience
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task
Other Requirements:
- Availability for night shifts from 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM
- Participation in every other 3rd weekend and holiday rotations
- Willingness to perform on-call and callback responsibilities
- No housing provided; candidate must arrange personal accommodations
