You will provide expert and compassionate care to patients within the Medical-Surgical unit. You'll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess, strategize, and execute individualized patient care plans.

In your first few weeks in this Nursing Med Surg RN role, you can expect to:

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions while upholding the highest patient safety standards
• Vigilantly monitor patient progress, meticulously record observations, and contribute to comprehensive patient records.

To apply for this Med Surg RN position, you will need to be an active Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in the state of Alabama. You will also require the following:

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least two years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
