Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Linn, Kansas to hire Travel-to-Permanent Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). This is a fantastic opportunity for CNAs looking for immediate travel income with the option to transition into a permanent staff role after the initial 13-week contract.

Contract Length: 13 weeks with opportunity to convert to permanent

Shifts: Day Shift or Night Shift

Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week)

Compensation: Up to $1,000/week + housing assistance
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities
-
Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting
-
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
-
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
-
Take and record vital signs accurately
-
Support resident comfort, dignity, and safety
-
Follow care plans, infection control protocols, and facility policies
-
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
Education & Certification Requirements
-
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Kansas (or ability to obtain)

Current CPR/BLS certification
-
Prior experience in LTC, SNF, or nursing home settings preferred
-
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach

Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
