Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient & Swing Bed – Eden, Texas
Connected Healthcare is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a solo practice position in Eden, Texas. This is an 8-week contract in a primarily adult outpatient setting with some swing bed patients. If you're an independent and skilled PT looking for a Monday-Friday, no weekends schedule in a welcoming rural community, apply today!

- Setting: Outpatient & Swing Bed
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Contract Length: 8 weeks (possible extensions)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Practice Type: Solo Practice – No New Grads
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for adult outpatient and swing bed patients
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation programs
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs
- Work independently in a solo practice setting, managing all aspects of patient care
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and documentation standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of outpatient PT experience (No new grads)
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
Skills:
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently in a solo practice setting
