Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Dilkon, AZ
Mostly Outpatient | Ortho Focus | Flexible Shifts
Connected Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Dilkon, AZ. This role is primarily outpatient-based, focusing on orthopedic cases, but requires flexibility to treat a variety of conditions. - Location: Dilkon, AZ
- Setting: Mostly Outpatient Clinic
- Patient Population: Primarily Orthopedic, but must be able to handle diverse cases
- Schedule: Flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential for extension)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Licensure: Active Arizona PT license or Compact License required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and general rehabilitation needs
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
- Adapt to a diverse patient population, treating a variety of conditions beyond orthopedics
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and clinic regulations
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- Licensure & Certifications:
- Active Arizona PT license or Compact State License required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Education:
Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Skills:
Strong orthopedic experience
Ability to treat diverse conditions that walk through the door
Excellent communication and adaptability
