Connected Health Care is excited to partner with a leading healthcare facility in Dubuque, IA, to find a dedicated CT Tech for a travel position. This is a fantastic opportunity for CT technologists seeking a dynamic and rewarding career with evening shift availability.

Job Description:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) equipment.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort.
• Position patients and equipment to capture accurate images.
• Operate CT equipment and adjust settings to obtain optimal images.
• Review and analyze images to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current and valid certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT) in the state of Iowa.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Tech.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Strong knowledge of CT techniques, safety protocols, and imaging equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
