Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid Oregon State Pharmacist License, CPR certification, and Pharmacy Board Certification
  • Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience, including hands-on experience with chemotherapy drugs
  • Other Requirements: Ability to handle chemotherapy medications safely, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication management, dosing, and monitoring, with a focus on chemotherapy drugs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans.
