Location: Barron, Wisconsin
Shift: PM Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Schedule: Monday, Saturday, Sunday, Thursday, Friday (weekly repeat)
Pay: Up to $45/hour
Housing: Not provided

Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking a flexible part-time travel assignment within a supportive Long-Term Care (LTC) facility? We’re hiring dedicated nurses—also referred to as Practical Nurses, LVNs (Licensed Vocational Nurses) in some states**,** and Charge Nurses (LPN level)—to join a resident-focused care team in Barron, WI.

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing setting

Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols

Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions
-
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
-
Perform wound care, blood glucose checks, catheter care, and other LPN-level procedures
-
Support residents with ADLs when needed to ensure comfort and safety
-
Maintain accurate, timely charting in accordance with facility standards
-
Uphold infection control procedures, HIPAA regulations, and facility policies
-
Foster a caring, respectful, and safe environment for all residents
Education & Certification Requirements
-
Active Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
-
Minimum 1 year of recent LTC or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred

Current BLS/CPR certification
-
Ability to work all scheduled PM shifts listed

Must meet facility onboarding requirements (background check, health compliance, etc.)
