Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and document care accurately

Support daily living needs and provide emotional support to residents
- Maintain a safe and compassionate environment
Education and Certification Requirements:
For LPNs:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota

Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
For RNs:

Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Prior LTC or geriatric nursing experience preferred but not required
