Travel Long-Term Care RN – Days – Grants Pass, OR

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s healthcare team in Grants Pass, OR. Position Overview:

  • Job Title: Travel Long-Term Care RN

  • Location: Grants Pass, OR

  • Setting: Long-Term Care

  • Schedule: Days

  • Shift Length: 12-hour shifts (3 x 12s per week)

  • Start Date: February 24, 2025

  • Employment Type: Travel Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility

  • Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and update care plans

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Offer emotional and physical support to residents and their families

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies

  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of Oregon

  • Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

  • Minimum Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or a related setting

  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
