Job Description

LTC RN – Night Shift (3x12 Blocked Schedule) – Medford, OR

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN) for a premier healthcare facility near Medford, OR. If you are a dedicated RN looking for a rewarding opportunity with a night shift, 3x12 blocked schedule, this position is perfect for you!

Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

  • Monitor patients’ health, administer medications, and update medical records.

  • Assist with daily activities, including hygiene and mobility support.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.

  • Offer emotional and psychological support to residents and their families.

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of Oregon (license must be active)

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of LTC or geriatric nursing experience preferred.

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
