Connected Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a skilled nursing facility near Crawford, Nebraska. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment where your skills will be valued, and you’ll make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments as necessary.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health and wellness topics.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
