As a Travel Registered Nurse (Labor & Delivery) in Springfield, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier care to expectant mothers and their newborns. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and closely monitoring the health of both mother and baby during labor.
• Assisting with deliveries and delivering postpartum care.
• Educating and providing support to new mothers on infant care and breastfeeding.
• Collaborating seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Leveraging the latest medical technology and innovative techniques in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure.
• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS AHA) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS AHA) certifications.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is a plus.
• AWHONN required
