Job Description

Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Night Shift

Location: Othello, WA
Shift: Night Shift, 40 Hours per Week

Job Description:

  • Perform routine laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology, and urinalysis.

  • Analyze and interpret test results while ensuring accuracy and compliance with laboratory standards.

  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Collect and prepare biological samples for testing.

  • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

  • Communicate test results effectively with physicians and medical staff.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.

  • ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification – REQUIRED.

  • Washington MA-P (Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist) certification – REQUIRED.
