Perform routine laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology, and urinalysis.

Analyze and interpret test results while ensuring accuracy and compliance with laboratory standards.

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Collect and prepare biological samples for testing.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Communicate test results effectively with physicians and medical staff.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Education & Certification Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.

ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification – REQUIRED.

Washington MA-P (Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist) certification – REQUIRED.
