- Education Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Certifications Requirements: ACLS, BLS, TNCC; NRP (can be completed on-site)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg and OB experience; prior critical access experience preferred
- Other Requirements: Strong communication skills; ability to work independently; flexibility to adapt to community needs; reliable transportation; multitasking and team collaboration skills

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in medical-surgical and obstetric units, ensuring safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, adjusting as needed based on patient condition.
- Monitor patient vital signs, respond to changes promptly, and administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Document patient progress, treatments, and any incidents accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-discharge care, and safety procedures to promote recovery and well-being.
