Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Med-Surg patients
- Monitor and assess vital signs, IV therapy, wound care, and post-op recovery
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC EMR
- Educate patients and families on discharge plans and health management
- Follow hospital protocols and infection control procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Active Colorado RN License or Compact State License
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience required
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required
