Job Description:

Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.

Monitor and support patients before, during, and after surgery.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.

Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families.

Adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
Education & Certification Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Washington (or compact state eligibility).

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience required.

Experienced with C-Sections, paint management, recovering patients.
