Job Description:

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and strength.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and address any concerns or questions.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Michigan.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
