Physical Therapist (Travel) - Day Shift Available
Location: Ironwood, MI
Pay: $2,840/Wk
Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 5x8hrs

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel position in Ironwood, MI. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to advance their careers while working day shifts in a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment.
Job Description:
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and strength.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and address any concerns or questions.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Michigan.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
