Job Description

Radiology Supervisor – Day Shift – Malta, MT

Job Description:

  • Supervise daily operations of the radiology department, including scheduling and workflow

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance protocols

  • Oversee and perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray and CT (if certified)

  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment and troubleshoot technical issues

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate radiology staff

  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate imaging support

  • Assist in departmental budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • ARRT certification required

  • ARRT(CT) preferred

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical radiology experience required

  • Supervisory or leadership experience highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of radiology best practices, compliance standards, and patient care protocols
