Job Description:

Supervise daily operations of the radiology department, including scheduling and workflow

Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance protocols

Oversee and perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray and CT (if certified)
-
Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
-
Train, mentor, and evaluate radiology staff
-
Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate imaging support
-
Assist in departmental budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
Education & Certification Requirements:

ARRT certification required
-
ARRT(CT) preferred

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

Minimum of 2 years of clinical radiology experience required

Supervisory or leadership experience highly preferred

Strong knowledge of radiology best practices, compliance standards, and patient care protocols
