Contract: Travel Position
Shift: Days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) 
13-Week Assignment  | 8 or 10 hour shifts

Connected Health Care, a Joint Commission-Certified staffing agency, is looking for an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist for an outpatient/inpatient travel assignment at MyMichigan Medical Center in Gladwin, MI. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to both outpatient and inpatient populations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and rehabilitation goals
• Maintain detailed patient records and track progress

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license (Michigan)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy
• Strong interpersonal and patient-centered care skills
• Will take new grads
