Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a fulfilling opportunity? Connected Health Care, a top recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking an experienced SLP to join our team for a Rehab contract opportunity in Paris, TX.
Position Summary: As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide direct rehabilitation care in speech therapy to patients referred by a physician, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. You will be responsible for developing, assessing, and modifying individualized treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional speech therapy services in a Rehab setting.
- Establish, assess, and adjust treatment plans with realistic, measurable, and functional goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using therapy software.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold professional standards and confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program (minimum MS or MA in SLP).
- Active Speech Language Pathology license in Texas.
- CPR certification (required upon hire or during orientation).
- Preferably one year of experience in LTC/Rehab.
