Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Pampa, TX
13-Week Contract

Job Description:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient treatment plans
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to support rehabilitation goals and patient progress
  • Provide hands-on care to patients with a wide range of conditions, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or managing chronic conditions
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive equipment use
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards of practice
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of patients

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Texas
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience (preferred)
  • CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments

Education:

  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Valid COTA certification
