Job Description:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
• Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills and independence.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and functional abilities.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification.
• Active state licensure in Washington.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a COTA in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
