Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care on a med/surg unit.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care.
Requirements:
- Valid RN License in Illinois.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a med/surg setting.
- BLSÂ certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedication to patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
