Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Gold Beach & Brookings, OR

Outpatient & Inpatient Coverage | 8-Hour Shifts | Coastal Oregon Opportunity

Connected Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and flexible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a travel assignment based primarily in Brookings, Oregon, with floating coverage to Gold Beach as needed. This role provides a unique opportunity to serve both outpatient and inpatient populations along Oregon’s stunning southern coast.

Job Details

  • Location: Brookings (primary) & Gold Beach, OR

  • Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient

  • Shift: 8-hour days, Monday – Friday

  • Start Date: June 16

  • Compliance Deadline: May 30 (strict)

  • Scrub Color: Any

  • EMR System: EPIC

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy interventions to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

  • Assist in developing and progressing care plans for both outpatient and inpatient patients

  • Document treatments and patient progress in EPIC EMR system

  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver comprehensive care

  • Float between Brookings and Gold Beach facilities as needed to support patient care

Qualifications

  • Licensure & Certifications:

  • Active Oregon PTA license required

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of PTA experience preferred

  • Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings highly desirable

  • Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
