About the Job:
Connected Health Care, a leading healthcare recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking an experienced Travel X-Ray Technologist to join our client’s team in Keene, New Hampshire. This is a 13-week assignment offering competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality radiographic imaging as requested by physicians, following standard procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient history.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other medical staff.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly; report any malfunctions.
  • Assist in patient preparation for exams, providing support and reassurance.
  • Follow all radiation safety protocols and guidelines.

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited X-Ray Technologist program.
  • Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
  • State license to practice as an X-Ray Technologist in New Hampshire.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in radiology preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and patient care.
  • Experience with digital radiography and PACS systems.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.
