Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, BLS certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience, experience with long-term care facilities, proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work 5-8 shifts, physical ability to perform patient care tasks, strong communication skills, reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in long-term care settings, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and health monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and care plans within the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
  • Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and comfort to promote well-being.
  • Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures, including those related to ltx experience.
