- Provide direct patient care in long-term care settings, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and health monitoring.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and care plans within the EMR system.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and comfort to promote well-being.
