- Provide patient care in acute and swing bed settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity for all patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in the EMR system.
- Execute assigned shifts overnight from 6p-6a, ensuring adherence to facility policies and safety protocols.
- Assist with patient mobility, vital signs, and basic nursing procedures while demonstrating professionalism and compassion.
