Travel CT Technologist (13-Week Contract) - Claremont, NH

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist for a 13-week contract in Claremont, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to expand their expertise in a new environment. Please note that applicants must live over 50 miles away from Claremont, NH to be considered for this position.

Job Description:

  • Perform CT scans on patients as per physician orders, ensuring accuracy and quality of imaging.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to interpret imaging results.
  • Prepare and position patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
  • Maintain detailed patient records, including imaging data and patient interactions.
  • Follow all regulatory requirements and standards for radiation safety and patient care.
  • Provide patient education on procedures and address any concerns they may have.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs.

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT.
  • Valid state licensure in Radiologic Technology.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
  • Previous travel experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
