Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech – Dallas, TX

$2,700/week | 13-Week Contract | Level I Trauma Center | 4x10 Day Shifts

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for an exciting travel opportunity with one of our premier partner hospitals in Dallas, Texas. This Level I Trauma Center is recognized for its state-of-the-art cardiac program, collaborative environment, and commitment to patient care excellence.

Position Overview

As a Cath Lab Tech, you’ll assist interventional cardiologists during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures, ensuring quality imaging, sterile technique, and optimal patient outcomes. This is a 13-week travel contract with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent role for top performers.

Schedule: 4x10s, Day Shift (40 hours/week)
Pay: $2,700/week
Setting: Level I Trauma Hospital

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and operate all Cath Lab imaging and monitoring equipment

  • Assist with cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placements, and electrophysiology studies

  • Maintain sterile field and adhere strictly to safety and infection-control protocols

  • Monitor patient status and vitals before, during, and after procedures

  • Document all procedures accurately in the EMR system

  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and technologists to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

         Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or                 related field

  • Certifications/Licenses (Required):

  • ARRT (R) or RCIS

  • ACLS and BLS (current)

  • State of Texas Medical Radiologic License

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab (trauma or high-acuity setting preferred)

  • Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and patient-focused communication
